Hilliard is a town in Nassau County, Florida, United States; north-west of Jacksonville. As of the 2020 census, the population was 2,967. In 2003, Hilliard was selected as the “2003 Rural Community of the Year” by Florida officer Jeb Bush, because of its collaboration gone the YMCA to insist a local chapter, which includes a large swimming pool and exercise facilities.
