East Williston is a census-designated place (CDP) in Levy County, Florida, United States. The population was 694 at the 2010 census.
East Williston is located at 29°23′21″N 82°25′10″W / 29.38917°N 82.41944°W (29.389034, -82.419488).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 3.0 square miles (7.8 km), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 966 people, 344 households, and 245 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 310.6 inhabitants per square mile (119.9/km2). There were 381 housing units at an average density of 122.5 per square mile (47.3/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 12.42% White, 83.75% African American, 0.21% Native American, 1.14% from supplementary races, and 2.48% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.38% of the population.
