The middle flowers are from La Tulipe right on time for my moms birthday, I was on the phone when she got them and she was so happy and thinks they're beautiful! I do too! I was looking for a flower preservation company to preserve mt wife's bouquet from our recent wedding. Though they don't do it, they tried looking online and then even texted me later of places they could find. They went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service.

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Upon contacting them they redelivered the plant and it is just beautiful! I appreciate the customer service especially as this was meant as a sympathy bouquet. Thank you for your service La Tulipe!

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. La Tulipe always comes through with the best designs! I ordered flowers for my sister in law's birthday, and they chose a really clean look that was very tasteful and beautiful, but simple. The flowers were super fresh, and I went back to my brothers house almost a month later and the flowers still looked fresh. I was really surprised ! I will always use La Tulipe because I trust that their designers will do a great job, and the GREAT customer service from them is always a plus.

La Tulipe handled the flowers for my father's service. The flowers were beautiful. They set them up perfect throughout the room. In such a difficult time for our family it was wonderful to work with someone who could simplify any part of the process for us and do beautiful work at the same time. This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.

Sooooo, I don't know where to start. I needed to send SYMPATHY flowers to a very special friend. She lives in a semi rural area in SC.... 30 min outside Charleston. I called closer stores as well. 2 hours, NO exaggeration on the phone calls. I was met with 1 We don't deliver to that area code many times. 2. we only do weddings this time of year. 2. Many phone calls not returned. 4. No inventory in the winter besides Christmas. I could go on and on. Maybe one more. 5. The craziest was the delivery charge that was almost the amount of the flowers. Thanks so much for listening so far. ******Here comes the best part. The last store I tried was the wrong store or I should say the wrong state. This store is located in Laguna Beach, CA. I still don't know how this happened. A Guardian Angel named "Annie" whose voice even sounds sweet. She was so patient listening to my story. She said, "I will do everything possible to help." I don't know how she made that happen, but she did. After phone calls back in forth and texts. This woman deserves a 10+++ in kindness, "Annie" really cared. Nowadays people are so fast to complain or criticize and I hope she knows how grateful I am. How she made time for me I don't know. Her flower shop is quite busy. Look at those flowers on the website. Just so BEAUTIFUL and unique. I wish I could have met Annie or send her flowers. Omg the flowers here are amazing. Love their designs on the website. You can tell they know what they are doing and I had a hard time even choosing from everything on their website and it's way better then anything you can get at the grocery store.
