Calion is a second-class city in Union County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 494 at the 2010 census.
The town grew all but the Ouachita River Lock and Dam, completed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1916. It was incorporated in 1921 and named Calion after the first three letters of Calhoun County and the resolution three letters of Union County.
Calion is located at 33°19′34″N 92°32′19″W / 33.32611°N 92.53861°W (33.326096, -92.538666).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.3 square miles (3.4 km), of which 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2) is estate and 0.3 square miles (0.78 km) (20.77%) is water.
