We chose La Tulipe as it was a preferred vendor from our wedding venue.

The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

Annie just did my wedding and I was so happy with all the flowers and arrangements. I've never seen flowers more beautiful! My boutique was out of this world.

I gave her an idea of my vision from Instagram and she executed perfectly. She's also so easy to work with! She's very sweet too. I was so sad that I had to walk away from all the arrangements at the end of the night.

Just went to this florist for the first time Saturday. Annie is so creative and helpful. I needed a small arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday party. First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning.

In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service.

Her flowers are beautiful and her team is amazing. This will be my go-to floral shop for all future celebrations moving forward!

They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Black Springs is a town in Montgomery County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 96 at the 2020 census.

Black Springs is located in southwestern Montgomery County at 34°27′40″N 93°42′46″W / 34.46111°N 93.71278°W / 34.46111; -93.71278 (34.4612118, -93.7126919). Arkansas Highway 8 passes through the town, leading east 2 miles (3 km) to Norman and west through the Ouachita Mountains 35 miles (56 km) to Mena.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total Place of 0.45 square miles (1.17 km), of which 0.002 square miles (0.005 km²), or 0.44%, are water. The town lies on a low ridge amid the Caddo River to the south and a tributary, Lick Creek, to the north. The Caddo is a southeast-flowing tributary of the Ouachita River.

As of the census of 2000, there were 114 people, 46 households, and 33 families residing in the town. The population density was 102.4/km² (262.8/mi). There were 52 housing units at an average density of 46.7/km² (119.9/mi). The racial makeup of the town was 97.37% White, and 2.63% from two or more races.
