I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. It is 53 degrees and sunny here.  They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone.  I would not recommend using them!
