In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. I’ve never seen anything as beautiful and stunning (besides my wife ;) . My mom absolutely loved it! We pooled our money as a family to give her a big design and boy did they deliver. La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral.
