Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal.  Very limited selection. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice.  The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it.  Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye.  Highly recommend.
