I was in another state and worked purely with Annie over the phone.  I did not know what I wanted and Annie provided me inspiration pictures and had extensive knowledge of the venue. 							They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

It is 53 degrees and sunny here.  They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone.  I would not recommend using them!
