La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral. I received a call later that same night and spoke to the kind lady(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), but she said due to the late order they couldn't promise they would have the flowers needed for my order. I explained the situation and explained that it was ok for her to use whatever flowers she had. I wasn't promised on time delivery but they were gonna do their best. I am grateful for the effort because they delivered on time. Thank you so much for great customer service. If I can get ahold of the floral arrangement they made, I'll post. Omg the flowers here are amazing. Love their designs on the website. You can tell they know what they are doing and I had a hard time even choosing from everything on their website and it's way better then anything you can get at the grocery store. Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

I was married in Dana Point, CA and planned a very quick wedding (only 4 months to plan). La Tulipe was one of the preferred vendors of my venue and was my first and only florist that I met with. I actually met with a younger man ( I believe it was the owners brother) who was very pleasant, informative and super helpful on making my budget go far. I wanted to use a special type of orchid and he was able to help me not only find complimentary flowers but also other types of awesome looking orchid types that would really go with the VERY expensive orchid I wanted to use as my main flower.

After telling him what I wanted and needed I was able to communicate very easily with Annie via email. Her emails were detailed, prompt and informative. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. I also had 25 centerpiece cakes that I wanted extra decretive flowers and petals for so that my wedding helpers (mother and mother-in-law) and venue coordinator could decorate them. Not only did they make sure that the church looked awesome, but the venue looked AMAZING. Annie and her team went above and beyond and decorated each cake (which was not something we discussed her doing). I was so Thankful! She delivered my bouquet, bridesmaid flowers and flower girl flowers to me and the Groom and groomsmen flowers to them on time (actually perfect time for the photographer).

Overall, not worrying about the flowers, having them come out so beautiful and everything being on time and right really made my day so awesome!!! I would use La Tulipe Floral for any and all my floral needs for anything I do down south!

Highly recommend this florist. I called same day last minute realizing I needed flowers for A party that night. They created two of exactly what I had asked for. I wanted low profile, white flowers with greenery in a silver vase. (60th Anniversary party). Super helpful, great communication. I found my new go to florist!

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Walked into La Tulipe the day before Valentine's Day to see if I can get a wedding bouquet and large arrangement in an oversized martini glass for a couple of great friends. Anne, the owner, went over and above to make sure the bouquet and arrangement were outstanding. I would recommend this florist to anyone for every occasion.

It's amazing the quality of work the designer at La Tulipé provide for me and my office. EVERY TIME I send arrangements to a client or loved one, they ALWAYS tell me how well-crafted their floral arrangements were arranged! I'm not exactly sure what it is that makes the floral arrangements so amazing, but seriously, the only flowers my clients remember are the ones that I send from La Tulipé. Have also used them for event-related arrangements at venues like the Ritz and the Montage, and was very pleasantly surprised everytime they came under budget while also providing the highest quality work. Would recommend to anyone for any occasion or purpose!

A good friend of mine introduced me to this floral shop. Went through their menu and chose my choice. Their custom designs are beautiful, but a tad too expensive on the orchid designs. All in all, it's a great floral shop and conveniently located.

I ordered a flowers for a friend who just had surgery. I chose La Tulipe Floral Designs because I was recommended by a few people. Someone told me that they are family owned. I decided to give this flower shop a try.
I ordered the flowers titled " One Fine Day", In the picture online, it looks like a beautiful vase with something green inside. I saw a picture of the flowers that my friend received, The vase looked nothing like the picture, The vase part didn't seem like it was glass, seemed like a cheap basket but couldn't tell for sure. The vase in the picture on the website seemed like clear glass. The vase I saw from my friend seemed like a greenish color.

Overall, they did A GREAT job designing them but it was way too pricy. I understand there is a delivery fee and other fees but it was way to pricy for the look of the flowers. It also looked really small. I wish they put it in a better looking vase. Overall, I liked it but it wasn't great. I am not sure if I would use them again. I bet, there are other flower shops that may be a little less expensive. I thought I would give them a four rating because the flowers looked beautiful but wasn't great. I didn't really want to give a 3 rating but it was really close to a 3.

I am not sure if I would order from them again unless they had coupons or better deals.

I would give extra stars for the incredible customer service we received. La Tulipe made sure my parents received abeautiful anniversary bouquet in a year we could not celebrate with them in person. Thank you la Tulipe for making sure the day was so special!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

I was looking for a flower preservation company to preserve mt wife's bouquet from our recent wedding. Though they don't do it, they tried looking online and then even texted me later of places they could find. They went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service.

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say.
