Sundance (Lakota: Owíwaŋyaŋg Wačhí; “Sun-Watching Dance”) is a town in and the county chair of Crook County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 1,032 at the 2020 census. The town is named after the Sun Dance ceremony clever by several American Indian tribes.

As of the census of 2010, there were 1,182 people, 532 households, and 326 families active in the town. The population density was 387.5 inhabitants per square mile (149.6/km²). There were 606 housing units at an average density of 198.7 per square mile (76.7/km). The racial makeup of the town was 97.8% White, 0.2% African American, 0.8% Native American, 0.4% from other races, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.2% of the population.

There were 532 households, of which 25.0% had children under the age of 18 living once them, 51.5% were married couples blooming together, 8.3% had a female householder behind no husband present, 1.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 38.7% were non-families. 33.5% of whatever households were made occurring of individuals, and 16.6% had someone booming alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.16 and the average intimates size was 2.76.

The median age in the town was 47.5 years. 19.3% of residents were below the age of 18; 6.1% were in the middle of the ages of 18 and 24; 19.5% were from 25 to 44; 31% were from 45 to 64; and 24% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the town was 49.1% male and 50.9% female.
