Manderson is a town in huge Horn County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 114 at the 2010 census. The town was originally called Alamo, but it was renamed in 1889 in great compliment of Charles F. Manderson, chief instruction for Burlington Railroad. As of the census of 2010, there were 114 people, 50 households, and 31 families residing in the town. The population density was 134.1 inhabitants per square mile (51.8/km2). There were 56 housing units at an average density of 65.90 per square mile (25.4/km). The racial makeup of the town was 94.7% White, 2.6% from additional races, and 2.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.6% of the population.

There were 50 households, of which 30.0% had kids under the age of 18 living gone them, 44.0% were married couples vibrant together, 10.0% had a female householder past no husband present, 8.0% had a male householder considering no wife present, and 38.0% were non-families. 30.0% of anything households were made taking place of individuals, and 16% had someone breathing alone who was 65 years of age or older.
