Byron is a town in Big Horn County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 593 according to the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total Place of 0.96 square miles (2.49 km), of which 0.91 square miles (2.36 km2) is estate and 0.05 square miles (0.13 km) is water.

The first agreement at Byron was made ca. 1898. The community has the herald of Byron Sessions, a Mormon leader.

As of the census of 2010, there were 593 people, 210 households, and 161 families active in the town. The population density was 651.6 inhabitants per square mile (251.6/km2). There were 238 housing units at an average density of 261.5 per square mile (101.0/km). The racial makeup of the town was 97.1% White, 0.2% Native American, 1.9% from additional races, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 12.5% of the population.
