Notchietown is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, United States. It is ration of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 430 at the 2000 census.

Notchietown is located at 35°34′24″N 95°5′19″W / 35.57333°N 95.08861°W / 35.57333; -95.08861 (35.573436, -95.088572). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total Place of 7.9 square miles (20 km2), of which 7.8 square miles (20 km) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) (1.64%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 430 people, 151 households, and 130 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 55.3 inhabitants per square mile (21.4/km2). There were 176 housing units at an average density of 22.6/sq mi (8.7/km). The racial makeup of the CDP was 70.70% White, 0.70% African American, 20.23% Native American, 0.93% from extra races, and 7.44% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.16% of the population.

There were 151 households, out of which 36.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.9% were married couples successful together, 10.6% had a female householder later no husband present, and 13.9% were non-families. 11.9% of everything households were made up of individuals, and 7.3% had someone perky alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.85 and the average relatives size was 3.08.
