Webberville is a village in Ingham County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is located within Leroy Township. The population was 1,288 at the 2020 census.
The village is just southeast of the junction of M-43 and M-52 once I-96. It is nearly 5 miles (8.0 km) southeast of Williamston and about 20 miles (32 km) southeast of Lansing.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village had a total area of 1.84 square miles (4.77 km), of which 1.83 square miles (4.74 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km) is water.
Webberville was approved in 1837 by Ephraim Meech. It was originally named Phelpstown. In 1850 it was renamed Leroy after Daniel LeRoy the first Attorney General of the let in of Michigan. It was renamed Webberville in 1867 behind the broadcast office was reestablished previously there was unusual town in Michigan named Leroy. Webberville was for the postmaster Hubert Webber.
