Jeisyville is a small village in Christian County, Illinois, United States. The population was 107 at the 2010 census.

According to the 2010 census, Jeisyville has a total area of 0.12 square miles (0.31 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 128 people, 49 households, and 36 families residing in the village. The population density was 2,205.5 people per square mile (823.7/km2). There were 52 housing units at an average density of 896.0 per square mile (334.6/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 99.22% White and 0.78% African American.
There were 49 households, out of which 32.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.3% were married couples living together, 6.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.5% were non-families. 20.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 3.11.
In the village, the population was spread out, with 21.1% under the age of 18, 8.6% from 18 to 24, 30.5% from 25 to 44, 27.3% from 45 to 64, and 12.5% who were 65 years of age or older.
