According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.4 km), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,174 people, 752 households, and 557 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,272.7 inhabitants per square mile (491.4/km2).
